Not because they were careless\u2014because they were already stretched thin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p1\">He saw the pattern over and over: a breakdown leads to missed work, missed pay, missed appointments\u2026 and the stress snowballs fast.
