How the repair application process works
Here’s what to expect when you apply:
- Apply for repairs (online)
- A SHIFT team member contacts you about eligibility and timelines
- Your application is reviewed by our board
- If approved, you bring your vehicle in for a free estimate
- We’ll do a walkaround and inspect what affects safety, legality, and reliability
- You’ll hear your options clearly, then an invoice is generated at a discounted rate
- You pay for parts (up front)
- Repairs begin and you pick up your vehicle when complete
